

Tips and Reminders
- Remember that all trails share two-way traffic, heavy at times
- Be alert for the unexpected (hikers, dogs, sand etc)
- Use front and rear handbrakes together, or you may be thrown over the handlebars
- The trail has steep grades, sharp turns and unforeseen obstacles
- Wear a helmet
- Due to variable conditions, sand often covers sections of the trail
- Bring water
- In the event of an emergency, flat tire, mechanical failure call 487-8735 for prompt assistance
- Public Phones are at the Visitors Center, Herring Cove Beach and Race Point Beach
